Internet connection

I have my broadband through openreach/sky & an iphone 7. 

recently my phone has stopped connecting to the internet - I can get Wi-Fi and but no internet connection. I have rebooted everything several times & rest my phone's network settings but nothing has worked. 

Any advice would be welcomed

Are other devices able to connect to your WiFi? Is the software up to date on your iPhone?

Unfortunately you would have to take this issue up with Sky as they are your Internet Service Provider.

The iPhone 7 is no longer receiving future updates from Apple and would be well outside of any warranty period. I'm curious how you ended up on these forums, was the mobile purchased through EE or is your plan currently with EE?
