By calling CS to report a fault & they will determine whether an eng. is needed.
What is the problem for which you think an eng. is needed?

My engineer came today but was unable to install because I hadn't got landlord permission, said I need to make another appointment once that was received.

@Anna229 : Why do you need help setting it up? It should tell you in the Getting Started guide that comes with the router.
The OR eng. who comes to your house is there to install the BB in the 1st place, not to set it up for you within your home.

Hi ya my cousin Eugene ***** has tv and broadband off you ************** hes a new cousin is there any chance you could book an engineer to come out as he can’t get the tv book to work
