Why are we still unable get 1.6gbps with Digital Voice? 

I have been after new gaming 1.6gbps with Digital Voice and 24 months Games pass but I need to keep my landline number

@UkzVortex98 Not sure if it would be a DV issue, only know that TV was restricted on the 1.6Gb package, but that may be removed as had OP from few days ago with TV on the package. But you certainly have to use the EE Smarthub+ router with the DV for landline, and at present that includes the 1Gb Lan ethernet ports. Could be that DV has not been approved or working on that speed of FTTP package. Someone using this may have further input if using landline. HTH

Why can't we get 1.6 or 1.8 which is coming soon we can't even get 1.6GB with Digital Voice but over ISP like Vodafone can give FTTP 1.6 with Digital Voice But BT New EE wouldn't sell anyone FTTP 1.6 with landline even if they want them speed.

So it means getting 1.6 with New EE losing landline (DV) and getting a brand new account or moving to Vodafone getting 1.6 and landline but losing the voice mail feature and then moving mobile to  Vodafone because we lose broadband deal with have with under New EE and losing 5G as Vodafone doesn't have in the area but EE does

Believe it's an issue to be rectified in the future (I know...). By all accounts, the Busiest Home Bundle and the Made For Gamers package required an entirely new ordering system that hasn't been integrated with the current system for Sub-1Gbps orders and accounts yet.

An entirely different team manages these orders and i believe Openreach provides the service differently. May possibly be due to BTWholesale not supporting 1G+ orders yet but not sure how it will shake out to enable the same availability of services for all customers again.

The last time I spoke New EE team about getting 1.6 all I got was tell it was still in the test what was a lie and 1.6 can't deal with Dv what a load rubbish

It's not a lie, it is clearly being tested with the view to open it up to everyone in the future.

The 1.6GB orders are currently only for brand new BB-only customers due to the entirely different ordering system and only certain addons are available on those bundles right now. Digital Home Phone is evidently a feature that is not yet supported on the system and if it were to be launched prematurely people would inevitably be up in arms if their number was not ported correctly and lost or if the service was unstable.

well if the Digital Home Phone is a feature that is not yet supported on the system EE system how as Vodafone got to work then really it is lying because it was meant to come for every Q2/Q3 ish and nothing happened I stuck on 900 what they call gigabit when it is not missing 100mbs I have been want 24-month games to pass since that deal came can't have because I need Dv
