Has anyone got problems with connecting to their wifi controls from the EE app. I have contacted EE several times about this an just get told it should be sorted in a few days.

@AD8921  Do you have the new EE smart hub plus ?  It’s all black with the EE logo in the middle,  if you don’t have this what router do you have ?

what are you running the app on is iPhone/iPad or Samsung or something if pair the hub to the app I have issue I speed 5+hour missing about trying to pair my replacement hub to the app
