Engineers didn't turn up.

Was supposed to get broadband set up on the 19th, Engineer contacted me and told me it would be past six pm. Then proceeded to never even bother showing up.

There's a 'dubiously free' wifi hotspot nearby but it does jip out every so often which makes it difficult to use, especially when I keep having to log in.

I can't seem to contact anyone in customer service, any call going to 150 or any customer service number just ends the call with a beep.

I'm on the EE sim, recently got put on a contract, and I can't pay the bill because any call going to those numbers won't work, and the EE app might as well be coded by drunken monkeys trying to write Shakespeare.

Mental state kinda crap atm because I can't even get any help on my phone.

The text services are garbage.

I somehow got the Strict Content Lock setting applied by replying NO to say that I didn't want it.

I still can't contact any Customer Service number.

What the **bleep** is wrong with this network? This supplies the local area so I'm more or less **bleep**ing stuck with them! Is this forum message even on here?

@Pelontrix , you should be able to contact customer service and speak to someone, by pressing the one for broadband and then if you do not get through to someone but asks you to press a number, try 2 to get through to a person. You can see from my signature ways to contact them, there could be a wait, as they are sometimes busy, but should not have to wait more than 30 minutes, otherwise hang up and try again later.

Have you not paid your monthly contract? Then you will not be able to use the network if you owe them money. I would certainly contact them and see what they can do.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I can't pay my contract because it directs me to the app to pay it, and then the app just says that it isn't available.

I've sorted it out and gotten a new appointment date, but the fact that I couldn't contact CS initially is damning for several reasons.

Had to try about three times to contact CS on my dad's landline. I don't like using other people's landlines for my business.

I have no idea of any other ways to pay my contract. It did take the remaining credit in my account, so I'd assume I could pay it off via that, but I don't know if it'll work.

The textphone services are awful in regards to actually getting something done. I somehow ended up with a Strict Content Lock setting, and I'm supposed to contact 150 to get it removed, but I can't phone that number because it seems to automatically terminate the call, and then I'm back at square one.

I don't want to set up a Direct Debit because I worry (extensively) about getting into debt.

The bill comes out tomorrow.

@Pelontrix  are you on pay as you go or contract? If on contract, you can do that yourself by going into accounts then settings, if on pay as you go, then you will have to ring customer service and pay a refundable amount to get contact lock removed.

You can try here to pay:
