Broadband website page error

I wanted to see EE broadband deals, but every time I log in, I see the error "Sorry, it looks like a technical error."
I can't view any available deals. Every page is broken. I would appreciate it if this could be fixed.

If you're still getting these errors regardless of browser and connection, it definitely will be worth getting our team to check over how your account is set up at our end.

They'll be able to get you passed over to someone that can help look over your broadband options too 😊

It works when you are logged out of your EE a/c but not when logged in.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I did. Also, I tried from 3 different browsers + from mobile. The same result.

Are you currently with EE for your Broadband or looking at deals to add Broadband?

Not yet, I am looking to pick a Broadband deal.

At what point are you getting this error?

I've double checked and you should definitely be able to view options when both logged in and logged out of your account. 

Also are you able to see your mobile account details successfully otherwise?

Yes, I can view and manage my mobile account details without any issues. However, when I click on Broadband > Explore Broadband or Broadband Deals, an error occurs. Similarly, when I select Broadband > Broadband & TV Deals, a page to check my postcode briefly appears but then disappears, leading to the same error.

Additionally, I checked the TV & Sport page, and it displays the same error. On the Gaming page, I encountered the following message: Application error: A client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

All other pages seem to be working fine but haven't checked deeply.
