Hi,
I've been waiting since the 6th December for a fibre installation to be completed. I've spoken to EE but they said i needed to contact openreach. I've tried calling them but the number doesn't accept calls, there is just a message saying if they need to contact me the will call me back.
Can anyone advise who I should contact?

@Gibbo15 your contract is with EE and they are the ones who should be keeping you informed as to the status of your order.
Have they said anything about why it is delayed?
Hope you get it sorted soon.

@Gibbo15 : You never contact OR. They don't deal with the public except over reporting damage to their street furniture.
