I made the switch from BT to EE broadband. Engineer came to do the change on 13/09/24. He didn't provide me with a new hub, just left me with the old BT Hub. Now I'm getting emails from EE asking me to send the old kit back. I don't have any new kit, and still using, and relying on, my old BT kit. I've checked the site and I could get charged if I don't send it back. Trying my best to speak to somebody but I've been on hold for 15 minutes so far.
What do I do?

@garywh you will need to speak with customer services and as you’re already on hold you’re gonna have to stay on hold until you can actually speak with them.

Finally got through and got it sorted. Thank you.

- Smart hub in Broadband & Landline
- EE TV Box Pro swap to Apple TV in TV
- Why can I no longer get a 5G signal in part of my house where the Smart Hub is? in Mobile Broadband
- Reducing waste and co2 imprint (and penalising customers financially, so speak) in Broadband & Landline
- EE TV remote can’t select input sources in TV
