Has anyone received their switch credit I have waited over 28 days. I have had no communication to say my email has been received and have now sent several more. None have been answered!

same here I have been waiting for a reply as well, sent them all the required details. They said they are going to cover upto £300 but no replies to the emails!

@sstar123 You are e-mailing the correct team, there is normally some kind off automated response so you know they have it?

i emailed to the one provided in text and in the website, can you please provide me the correct email address then? switch-team@ee.co.uk i emailed here but received no automated email.

@sstar123 as @Christopher_G has pointed out, give them a call at least you might get some conformation that it is received and they are indeed processing or backlogged with claims etc! Fine tooth comb and every little detail to be sure it's done correct!

I also have the same issue.i was with Vodafone paying 25 pounds. And a door knocker mis sold ee broadband saying she can do for 22.99 bit I am getting charged 32.99 and also I pad vidafone early termination fee 100 pounds and ee switch team said pay that and send the bill.I have sent it over a month ago still no response.

@ZOHA Have you taken a look at your billing in your account, first bill is always higher with the delivery charge for the EE Router, and if any credit is applied to your account for the switch credit!

Welcome to the Community, @ZOHA.
When you sent over the details of your final bill from Vodafone, did you send this to switch-team@ee.co.uk and include your EE order reference number in the subject line?
Usually we'd expect our switch team to pick this up within 48 hours and send confirmation of the amount you're due.
