Had notification broadband bill is ready to view....been trying for days a d can't view it! Now it's saying add the broadband to MyEE app, which I'd live to do but cannot find my account number. Its not on any emails, I've checked and rechecked, and now even that screen has gone down. What on earth is going on?? No chat facility for this either and I'm loathe to spend hours on the phone! I just want my mobile and broadband to show up on the NEW EE app!

I haven't got a landline with the new broadband account. Plus I have tried using my bank account info but its bouncing back saying they are having issues. I guess the site is messed up and I'll have to wait for them to fix it.🤷♀️

You can use your landline no. if you have 1 instead of the a/c no.
