Hi,
DNS lookups for the following domain fail. The same domain works fine via my vpn, google DNS and OpenDNS as well as my work network. Are the below the correct entries?

To try to get round this issue switch the DNS in the router away from EE's ones to Manual with 1 of these public DNS pairs:
OpenDNS : 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1

Yep, any public DNS are working fine and it's also OK when using VPN, but there's definitely something awry with the EE DNS.
Any EE staff able to take a look at EE dns?

Yes, if you are bothered to phone up CS.
ISP's DNS are rarely fully reliable & up-to-date. Better to rely on renown public DNS.
