Hi,
I recently took out a broadband package and when I put my bank account details into the direct debit page, it says "this page is blocked" after it says its validating my details. How can I go about this?

@lejwals if you give customer services a call they should be able to get this sorted for you.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
