I am awaiting delivery of a 4th package from BT/EE for my transfer to Fibre.
I have sent 2 back already but have no idea what is happening.
I see the fibre cables on the telegraph pole outside my house so assume I can be connected? Helpful phone calls lasting an hour at a time merely result in New Orders being created then cancelled.
Is this an issue because the merger has made the management too big to cope?

@Ricardo_Higgs Because you can see the fibre it is not a 100% guarantee that the exchange has all the required equipment in place for EE. If you check on the BT wholesale against your phone/address it will give you a better idea. If EE can offer the service then it should be available. Link below.
