It has been over a month now since we subscribed to EE Fibre Broadband and as a result we had to cancel our landline with the promise of the EE Digital Phone service (we rely on our phone line as we live in a remote part of Wales). Every time we try and purchase EE Digital phone we get error "You can't place an order right now as you have an open order". Probably wasted several hours of time with calls to EE support to try and get this resolved , and each time we are told to be a little more patient as our account order has got stuck and asked to keep checking each day. sigh. . Has anyone managed to get this 'stuck order' successfully resolved? Just haven't the will anymore to ring support again.

@JonWard50 Do not understand your posting, why was your phone NOT taken when you got the BB service from EE right at the start? Open order you are at the mercy off it ever getting fixed, and computer will always say NO when you have an open order.
