Cant link my broadband account to the ee app

I've moved across.from bt and called the sc 3 time and they keep saying my account OK. But can't see.my bills or anything else. Is there anything I can do. When I try li king my device is just say it already linked to another account and I don't know this other accou t

@Sandylorax1979 Is this the new EE app and are you trying to link to the Broadband Router? Does your EE ID work in the web browser to see your profile? Latest version is 5.40.0 i believe.

Hi. Yes it the new app. It when I click on link account and them it ask for my account number. Then pings a code to my phone. Then I just get a message saying device is link to a diffrent account.

@Sandylorax1979 Have you tried logging in to your account on a pc/laptop if you have one and linking that way?

@Sandylorax1979 , have you used the same email address etc, for both the mobile and broadband account?

I would otherwise ask customer service to reset your account, this may help, you would need to log-in to your app again and then it should show mobile and broadband and then click on broadband.
