Good Afternoon
I have bt (ee now) broadband and phone line,in the last day just purchased a ee mobile as well,my question is although im the bill payer my elderly parents also live at this address and my father is on pension credit,i never use the landline but my parents are happier using it rather than their mobiles,i m paying £20 plus a month for line rental and have just read on a google search that bt do a special rate for line rental for pensioners i believe under£5 a month.I dont know if anybody reading this uses that option,or is it possible to switch the line rental to my dads bank account which he is happy to do.
kind regards
Glen Jarvis

BT do do a social tariff for landlines but EE doesn't do (yet). EE does a social tariff for mobile plans.
Anyway EE doesn't do separate line rental divorced from BB.

Many thanks for the reply,i will watch to see if ee introduce a social tariff,my dad is happy to pay the landline and bb and i would reimburse him the monthly bb cost as i m the only user, although both parents have mobiles they are happier using the home phones.
