Why can't I access my broadband account to view my broadband bill on the EE app please help??

Hi @Paul480, sorry you can't access your bill.
Have you just set up the EE app or were you able to view your bills on it ok before?

Can't seem to access my broadband account on the ee app. I can do my mobile account. My email is correct but can't access is the system down??

Hi Paul, sorry you can't view your broadband account on the app. Have you managed to add your broadband account number to the EEID?
If you're still unable to view the broadband please give us a call on 0330 123 1105 and one of our guides will be able to help you fix this.

I have got an EE app ,which is to view my phone bills only ,I was never able to view broadband at the same time .
