I would like to start with how disjointed and disgraceful EE customer services is, this is via the phone and on the live chat. I ordered broadband 7 days ago now and since 6 days ago I have been lied to constantly but there customers service and the management. I attempted to switch to EE after moving house and when they created my account they got the router delivered to my house but the account was set up for the house next door, this subsequently meant the account had to be closed down and I new one created pushing back my activation date by another week. They have since sent me a mini hub 2 days ago and notified me that it would be activated the day after, I rang the customer service to check this and a manager confirmed this aswell. Now it is day 3 of having the mini hub and it is still not activated. I have made them aware from the start that I work from home and without this I am missing out on pay which I'm sure they won't be reimbursing me for.
To summarise of your looking at getting broadband I wouldn't bother unless your happy with a dishonest company who will do everything they can to not help.
