Hi,

Received my router and TV box today and engineers booked for next week to connect fiber cable to the house.

Is it better to try and set up in advance via current connections or to leave it till the engineer is here?

There's no reason not to set up on your current connection. That way you can get ready with any preferred settings you might want.

@Saab1 You would have been given an Installation/activation date when you ordered. If it was you who had to cancel your existing internet then if no overlap you just have to hope that it all goes smooth. This is a public forum and you are not addressing anyone from EE with account access, you could call but it will be highly unlikely that anything will change.
