@Beyond1 NO isp will adjust the offer price down once you are hooked into a contract, it is just the way its done and can be infuriating when you see such a huge saving potential.

EE is powered by BT whom I have been with a kong time so I would have thought loyal customers would have been rewarded with lower prices

@Beyond1 It's the other way, loyal customers get to keep the higher prices. It's all a game, if you get to the end of a contract then you have to try to re-negotiate a price, if it does not suit then you have to be pre-paired to move to someone else who gives you what you want/need.

@Beyond1 are you comparing like for like. From the amount you are paying it would seem that you have a few of the extras not included in the current £44 deal for new customers.
Do you have Digital Voice, Cyber Security, WiFi Enhancer, Smart Hybrid Connect, or Smart Wifi plus, or any Call package? All of which are charged on top of any basic price.

@Beyond1 All your extra addons add up the price, so really you are not that far away. If you wish to compare go look at the terms, does show what the prices are, may also be explained in you bill.
