My tech company website needs to be whitelisted please

Hi there,

I'm trying to get my company website www.syllepsis.io whitelisted for both broadband and mobile at home as I can't load it - which is slightly embarrassing!   The company is over a year old, its tech consultancy and the I have no site restrictions so after talking with someone at EE this seems to be the only explanation and the only solution is to post a message here and hope it gets picked up an sorted out.  No on at EE central is able to sort it out apparently.

Thanks so much and fingers very crossed!!

@Becks3037 : Nobody on this public user discussion forum can sort it out for you, as you say. You need to talk to CS.

I can get to that site over EE BB w/out trouble.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @Becks3037,

Welcome to the EE Community

I have tested your site on my EE connections and it loads ok and as @XRaySpeX mentioned it loaded ok on their EE broadband connection as well. On my own connection at least I have no content lock enabled. Can you check and see if you have content lock enabled on your connections and if you remove them does your site load ok, to help confirm if this is the problem that needs addressed?
