Hi, We have had several reports from our customers saying they can not access our website and their EE service provider is blocking their access. The website is https://www.lanoguard.co.uk. We are a UK manufacturer and direct to customer distributor of lanolin-based rust protection for vehicle chassis.

Hi @lanoguard.

Welcome to the community.

I’ve tested the website from both an EE mobile connection and an EE broadband connection, and I’m able to access it without any issues.

Are you able to provide any further details from the affected customers, such as the type of EE connection they’re using and any error message they’re seeing?

Not having any issues getting to you via EE broadband.  If you have the details of a user experiencing the issue, it might be worth getting a screen capture from them to see what message they are getting, as it might be one of the EE bolt-on security products causing the issue rather than the basic broadband service of the type I subscribe to.

@lanoguard , it works for me and I have VPN and scam guard security from EE with no problem, both on mobile data and wifi.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

I think the EE security extras are based around Norton aren't they?

I use Norton 360 and I've just run a check on Norton safeweb, which rates the site as safe so I can't see anything that would have caused a problem.

@YorkshireMidge , yes they are.
