What did the person on the phone say or ask? Did the person ask for personal details, such as bank or accounts etc?

If so then yes it would be a scam. You can report it here at 7726 or forward the message to that number.

@edowson : It's probably a scam as the call came from a mobile no. & not a landline that EE usually uses.
