I have the same issue today. I phoned EE for help of my connection. I've waited as I was on a queue. Comes 8pm, I received a recording saying "Sorry, our office is now closed". After waiting for so long, Customer support just left me. How's that? 😳

If I reset the router, it will come back to normal for only 5-7 minutes, then back to green light.

Edit:- Not sure why you latched on to this posting that has nothing to do with the Router, take a look at this link to see if it gives similar symptoms to what you have!

@megV_112 : You've posted both in the mobile BB forum & in the Home BB forum about an ONT's PON light, so we really don't know what you've got & what's the problem. It's all just too confusing. Why don't you just start your own thread & clearly explain your issue & circumstances in greater detail & we'll do our best to help you with it.
For starters, What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
