BT to EE Broadband

It is suggested in many places on this forum that BT is keen to move its residential customers to EE. If that is the case, then why is BT Broadband still on offer with an introductory discount? The marketing looks to be a little odd.

@L8Again   I suspect there will still be plenty of people wanting broadband from BT so why would they not have a offer for anyone wanting to move?
