Hello,
typically the ee app and website is under maintenance and i desperately need to pay my broadband bill though I tried using the automated payment line. When asked to enter my phone number, it says it doesn’t recognise it despite I can see it’s the number on my account info. I can’t access my account number as it’s under maintenance so what should I do?

The automated payment line does not work with landline nos. It's for mobiles.
