Hi,

Is the phone number 020 3996 0884 a verified EE service number?

I had have multiple calls today from this number asking for personal details with the promise to reduce my monthly payment.

@DDun , this indeed sounds like a scam, as EE do not ask for personal details.

@DDun The red flag is the reduced monthly cost as EE will not reduce your monthly cost while you’re within a contract term. You agreed to pay that’s amount for the duration of the contract term ( including yearly price increases) and EE are not going to change what you agreed to pay.
