hi

we are having the same issues since 30.05.26 .... 2 x ring security outdoor devices .....  2-4 x pan tilt indoor cameras .... 1 x kettle ....... these all seem to got offline or poor connection ........ we have done all the usual troubleshooting IE ... reboots ... uninstall & re-installs ....  I phoned the helpline number which is useless to be honest ... they just did an automated thing by testing broadband which showed a fault and they would keep up to date !!!! i have just signed into my online account to track fault and apparently it is fixed and closed ... apparently an engineer needed to visit also which i was not told about etc and came but not sure how they did what they say as i work at work ! ... i have rebooted as told in one of the box updates and all items still offline  ...

@catlady69 : It would be better & clearer to start your own thread, not latch onto someone else's.

@catlady69 : Older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

BB faults are often outside your location & so an eng. need not visit you to fix them.

thank you for your input / advice .... but i am new to this forum i'm guessing you are a IT expert of some sort and remember that some of aren't .. so please be a bit more less passive aggressive with your answer about the latching onto someones else thread, many thanks
