Hi

We Have 3 Returns Bags with different address

2 with a Yorkshire Address

1 with a Scotland Address

We will be returning the ee smarthub plus (do we send this to the yorkshire address or the Scotland Address)

We have also got a BT Smart Hub 2  and Digital Voice Adaptar, which we will also be returning (what address should we return this one to?)

And can we put them both in one returns bag?

Many thanks

Matt

It doesn't really matter which address you use I had this.

One label had EE / BT on it (Yorkshire), the other just BT.

As I was returning BT equipment I used the BT Label.

I suggest you bag up the BT equipment separately from the EE equipment.

The code on the address label identifies you and what equipment you are returning.

It would be great if they actually told you want they wanted returned but they don't

Hi Ewan

On Monday 19th August I sent back the ee Smarthub Plus + the BT Smarthub 2 to the Scotland address.

I have tracked it with Royal Mail from the reference number I got from the reciept, it Has arrived at the Scottish Distribution Centre.

How do I know that EE has recieved this?

Regards Matt

The post office tracking receipt confirms BT / EE has received it.

I am in the same position so have kept my receipt just in case

Hello to all. How do I request a returns bag? I've got a smart hub to return but can't get through on the phone.
