Hello, I just recieved my bill for this month 27 Aug - 26 Sept, my contract ends on the 7th Sept, but I have already ordered a new supplier as EE is just too expensive and I have been with them for 10 years or so, now my new one was ordered over a month ago to start on the 9th Sept, now will my bill be adjusted to suit the the termination of the service?

Hello @obibenkenobi ,

Welcome to the community,

Yes it will, depending who your new supplier is, as you may have to cancel depending on certain broadband companies, then it will be taken over and once established , EE broadband will be cancelled and you will only have to pay for the time you are with Ee and there will be a refund for the rest.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@obibenkenobi  just to add a little more info, if your new supplier also uses the Openreach network then the action or placing the order will also place a cancellation with EE for their services. You should also have received a letter/email from EE saying sorry to see you are going. You will get a final bill with any adjustments within 21 ish days of leaving, so do not close your DD as it will be used to refund any money due.

On the other hand, if your new supplier does not use the Openreach network, EE will have no way of knowing you are moving and you will need to give 14 days notice - again you will get a final bill/refund after your service ceases.
