An ex from 4 years ago has just messaged to say EE have sent an email to his email address, adress to me with my name on talking about my account? We never shared an account and his email is nowhere on my profile etc. Also the app is saying that I'm out of contract with my broadband which I started n September last year? Anyone else having these issues? This is the second time something has happened, all my new contract details were sent to someone else last time!
