Accounts issues

Hi folks, I hope someone can help me with this as I cant seem to find what I need on the EE website.

I need to set the scene first so please bear with me while I explain

I originally joined EE with a mobile contract back in 2023 Then I switched my broadband from BT to EE last summer at BT's suggestion. All is working fine so no issues there.

My concern is my two accounts are registered with different email addresses and I am getting concerned I may be paying too much. I currently pay £22.34 for mobile and £43.99 for broadband. I've tried this morning to link my two accounts but it didn't work!

With the annual price rises due quite soon I could struggle so I need to sort this out if possible.

In a nutshell I need to link my accounts and see if I can get any reduction in prices.

All offers of help will be much appreciated.

Thank you in anticipation.

@Geraldo2 : .

Regarding merging the a/c's you would need to contact CS.

Regarding price, Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? £43.99 pm would seem reasonable for the faster Full Fibre. Later this year when the contract is 2 years old you could consider downgrading to a slower speed plan which could save you about £10 pm.

Hello, thank you for your help.

All I can say about my EE BB contact is that it says Fibre 36 Essentials.

Does that help?

Regards.

Then £44 pm for it is extortionate. It's the slowest Fibre plan you can have.!
