Paramount was part of the package I signed up for. As of today it’s saying I don’t have a subscription. Also in 4 months I can’t get my £300 credit against Sky bills despite sending everything. Keep getting g fobbed off by the transfer team. Any ideas on both issues. ?

@Usr1231  Paramount isn’t included in any TV package.  You can add it yourself at an additional cost.
