why I don't have 10Gb ?

EE pay as you go now has new offers so I ordered a sim card with a £ 10 package.
The offer shows that I bought 10Gb-500 min-unlimited texts.

After creating the ee account, I only have 5Gb ??

@Martin125  Is that the double data offer one ?  If you look in add ons on that EE account does it show an add on for 5Gb of data ?

Yes, it is probably double data date. I bought this package from the EE website and immediately paid £ 10 for the package (10Gb- 500 min- unlimited texts) And there is only 5Gb on my account. I don't know what's going on here?

Please let me know how to stop the number portability process. Now is the weekend so on Monday my number would be transferred to EE but I want to give it up until it was transferred

Does your My EE account show two 5GB data allowances?

 

To cancel a number port, you would have to speak to our Mobile Care team.

I'm at tha same situation. I order SIM and buy 10GB for £10, but in my account I can use only 5GB.
