EE perk deactivated

Hi I have tried logging into my EE perks and it tells me it’s deactivated. How do I activate it again?

You will need to call EE CS on 150 about this issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

It then tells me my account is locked , try again in 15 mins and then does the same thing . I’ve changed my password and this didn’t help. How can I gain access to my EE perks ? I’ve already phoned 150 and they couldn’t help. Told me she’d pass it onto the right team???

I have been waiting nearly a week now for them to sort this. EE used to pride themselves on customer service, not so much these days I’m guessing

Have you tried registering from scratch on the EE Perk portal?

 

I can see we asked for your account to be reset in the past.
