Recently upgraded online , however after having the phone 5 days im not happy with it and want to return it and swap it for a different phone in store is this possible

@Euanburgess Hi. You can not swap the device in store you’ll need to call customer service and tell them you don’t want the device, you’ll be sent a returns package so obviously you can turn the device and once processed as return your account and revert back to its original contract you’ll then be free to upgrade again. you have 14 days from receiving the device to call customer service as that’s the cooling off period if you don’t call to sort this soon you’ll not be able to return it.
