voice mail

I have tried  VM ON to 150 and I get a message 

Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later.

I've tried this on different days and the same reply. 

I can call and listen to all my voice mail options but no one is able to leave me a voice mail

If you give us a call on 150, our Tech Gurus will get your voicemail looked into.
