Hi @Daneka89- ,
Presumably you are stuck at step 4 on https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/getting-started-and-upgrading/keep-my-number/how-do-i-transfer-my-num...
Have you been entering the phone number of the new EE SIM as shown on the paperwork, and definitely not the number you wish to transfer?
"Please enter your EE mobile number"

Hi @Daneka89-
Welcome to the community
Can you confirm you're entering your number in 07xxx format and the number is 11 digits long?
Do you have a temporary number with EE, or are you trying to buy a phone & port your number all as one transaction?

The above is likely to fix although it's worth trying another browser in case input verification is broken if it says your 07 number does not begin in 07.
I assume you've already done step 2 of the process to activate the EE SIM. Good luck! 🤓
