Hi @Helen19791
Welcome to the community.
What numbers were the text messages sent to? Just normal mobile numbers? What were the first 5 digits?
Thanks
Chris

It was a normal call and text 07379 just my pal, I didn't realise that it hadn't updated my pack until it was too late. I had the money in my app I'd put it in nearly 2 weeks b4 my payment date so it would just carry over. I'm thinking of going back to o2 now tbh my signal on this is terrible compared to any other network iv used. I dont understand that coz I know ee is supposed to be the best. I bought another pack for this month and I'm honestly jinxed right now but thanks for trying to help me.

Hi @Helen19791
I am sorry to hear this has happened.
If you get in touch with our Pay as you go Care team, they will be happy to look into the charges for you.
You can check coverage for your area on our Coverage and Network Status Checker, this will also show you any issues in the area, if you select 'Check Network'
Thanks 🙂
Leanne,
