So was told when I pre ordered on Saturday that it will take up to 72 hours, went to store today and they said will not receive on at all, cannot order track as I don’t know order number. It’s a farce as far as I’m concerned.

i have got both an email and by text but it has been delayed apparently. i ordered it nearly 2 weks ago now. a week after release date and still hasnt arrived

i know this is expecting a delay but i pre ordered mine 6 days before release date and my friend on O2 ordered same phone same time as me and his arrived on 24th so im a bit confused.

Well I Only Got a Text And I Tweeted EE(didn’t wanna get Stuck in a Queue On Phone. I Am Actually Surprised To Get A Reply And The Impression I Got They Had Stopped It Considering Wen I Ordered Mine I Went Though Security As Normal(On Phone) Yet Still Had To Prove Who I Was With A Code Which They Sent. Yet When I Phone Up On The Day Pre Orders Started No Code Was Needed
