wheres my sim its been a week and I dont have a phone to call

When did you place your order for a new SIM? They usually arrive within 2-5 working days.

I placed an order for a replacement sim last Thursday night (23/07) so ee should have got it that Friday. Still nothing

I dont have access to another phone to call them as I mentioned. I am vulnerable and cant go outside, this is just another example of how poor EE treats its customers. It will of been a whole week tomorrow and Im not betting it will even come then.

Is your address correct in your My EE account? How did you order your replacement SIM card originally?

My other post has always been fine. My address is correct I re ordered 2 days ago and still no luck.
