I'm trying to upgrade my phone and am in the process of doing it, I'm being asked to "secure the payment" under that title there is a list of phones that I could upgrade to, I've gone through it a couple of times to no success, any help?

Is it not allowing you to select the plan and phone that you wanted?
Usually the payments process is after you have confirmed the phone and plan.
Is it showing any devices that are similar to the one you selected?
