EE Pay as you go Multi SIM

Tristan3

Hello everybody!

I am from Germany and staying in Scotland at the moment. Bought a new SIM card for my samsung mobile phone as Vodafone doesn't seem to work very well in my particular area. I am now in the registration process and I have to "add accounts". When I go to "add a device" and type in my new EE number, it says "Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan." Again and again, why's that? Apart from that: I think my SIM includes a top up (as it cost me 10 pounds). To be able to use my SIM, do I need to buy a pack with these 10 pounds?
Sorry if this sounds a bit silly but I am not from the UK and am a bit confused about all this, maybe someone can help me clear up my mess.

Thanks a lot in advance! 🙂

Hi @Tristan3,

Welcome to the community, and the UK! 🙂

I have sent you a private message to get some more information from you.

If you can reply to my message with the details that would be great.

Alex 🙂
