Hi when I log onto my EE account at the upgrade section it says 100% off an early upgrade fee for being a loyal customer, but when you go to upgrade and add a new plan etc it asks for payment of the remaining balance still owed, went all the way to the final step and still showing I have to pay the £257, according to the web chat they’ve not heard of this and it’s a glitch, anyone else had similar issues?

And then if I follow it all the way through to checkout with a new plan it says total to pay today, which is the remainder of my contract balance.

I would recommend giving us a call on 150 and speaking with the upgrades team.
