Hi
I ordered a repacement sim for my phone on 2nd January but it still hasn't turned up. Any reason why this is?

They are sent second class, with the new year I suspect it's in the post backlog or lost. Either order another or go into store and pick one up for free.

Thanks for the quick reply.
In this case, if you get in touch with our Mobile Care Team they will be able to get this looked into and a new SIM sent out for you.
You can also visit an EE Store as @Northerner has advised, you will need photo ID to get the replacement SIM either a passport or driving license.
