replacement SIM from CARE

Just put my replacement SIM card into my fone and recieved a SMS saying please visit ee.co.uknewsim to register it. I put that link into pC and its just my EE account that comes up with nothing about registering a replacment SIM. Please help

If you click on the link here, you can activate your replacement SIM card:

 

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
It asks 3 questions. was your old SIM damaged, yes Was you old fone
stolen, lost or damaged, yes. Is this a replacement SIM for a new fone.
yes click the next button and it says I need to have my old DIM in my old
fone and switched on to register the new SIM which needs to be int the new
fone. Going round in circles here.

If this is a replacement SIM card and you don't have access to the old SIM, you would need to get in touch with our Mobile Care team, who will be able to get the SIM registered for you.
