Shared SIM

Does EE still offer a shared SIM card, so one phone number across 2+ devices? Found some outdated documentation and there is a hint of one, but nothing concrete.

Orange used to offer "Single Number" that was closed perhaps 5 years ago (I used it). Although yes, it was two SIMs each with their own number, various techie tricks were used to give the usability of a "Single Number" and it worked extremely well.

But long since gone. Diverting your incoming calls to another number, is the closest you'll probably get now.

Hi @popconcern

You may be finding old references to Orange "Single Number", but that's long since died a death.

I don't think EE have ever offered anything like this. And if they did, it would be a business service.

Thanks. It would be for a business

EE don’t offer this service, not sure UK provider has for at least 10 years whether it be business or consumer. One number per SIM.

Yes, long since gone.

If looking for multiple mobile devices to share one Phone number, then it can easily be achieved using a UC solution, but will need to be with a landline number. Won’t work for SMS/MMS tho’.
