precess for canceling my account

hello

while I called service centre due to closing my account, I answered wrongly twice. So, they said it impossible to be continue anymore. What should I do?

@Emilyshin   Unfortunately as stores are closed you can not go in to a store to show them your ID as this is what you should be doing to get your account access back.  I would call customer services and explain that the normal process of gaining access to your account is not possible.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
