power cable for 4G mobile broadband

Does anyone know where to get a power cable for EE 4G mobile broadband? Mine is not working.

What's happened with the charger? Is it just not working at all?

After unplugging it from the router, it stopped working. I have tried using a similar charger (from a small hoover) , however it couldn't sustain power, thought must be the power cable's problem.
