payg pack unlimted calls

I have been charged 35p for a call to my friend who I have rung many times before. I have unlimted calls on payg £15 pack so I dont know why I was charged. Can any one advise me please

Thank you to reply, I did not think I should have been charged either. Its on 35p but its the principal.

If I call ee it will cost me 25p a minute so I don't see that it's worth calling as they keep you hanging on for ages

Calls to CS from PAYG are 25p each, not per min.
